Please run the following tool before installing: https://office-reset.com/ pick the ‘Completely remove Microsoft 365/Office’ option.

If you are running MacOS Sierra/High Sierra/Big Sur/Catalina/Mojave

Please redeem your code at: https://setup.office.com

Cancel the download that is started and instead download the older installer from: https://officecdnmac.microsoft.com/pr/C1297A47-86C4-4C1F-97FA-950631F94777/MacAutoupdate/Microsoft_Office_16.53.21091200_Installer.pkg

When the download has finished run through the installer and login with the same account you used to redeem the code on

If you are running MacOS Monterey/Ventura or Sonoma: 

Please redeem your code at: https://setup.office.com

• IMPORTANT** Please make sure you use the same account you used on https://setup.office.com when you are asked to login to the Office application as this is how it will activate the software for you ** IMPORTANT**
