Extended Warranty Options (Optional)

For added protection, we offer extended warranties:

  • 3-Year Warranty

The price for extended warranties is displayed on each product page and can be added at checkout.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills)
  • Liquid damage
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
  • Software issues (e.g., viruses, operating system problems)
  • Batteries, chargers, or accessories after 6 months

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  3. We will guide you through the return and repair process.

Shipping Costs for Repairs

  • If no accidental damage is found, GetRenewedTech will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If accidental damage is identified, shipping costs will not be covered, and you will be provided with a quote for the repair before any work is carried out.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product for return.
